I'm Arpita, a dreamer, lifelong learner and career changer who's passionate about solving problems through thoughtful design.

I started my career as a news reporter in a state news channel in India. I worked as a news reporter for almost 6 years. Most of the time I worked in politics, education, and day-to-day events. Though my best works were mostly special stories which I used to do to serve people. I like to talk to people, to know their stories, their problems and find a way to solve them. I feel if I can make a difference even in one person's life that would be my win — that mission still drives me today.

I am a curious person and my curiosity brought me to the world of user experience and design.Now, I find the same purpose in understanding users, identifying pain points, and creating intuitive, human-centered solutions. I thrive in collaborative, supportive teams where design is valued and experimentation is encouraged.

When I'm not designing, you'll find me gardening, taking photos, reading, or staying updated on design trends.
